Experience and Knowledge
Cameron HR has twenty-five years of in-house HR experience in education (Further Education and the independent schools sector), design and manufacturing and charitable organisations. Consultancy experience has involved a wide range of sectors including housing associations, fashion, theatre, smaller retail businesses, employability and construction, international healthcare and much more. Christine O'Ready, the Director of Cameron HR Ltd, is a CIPD Chartered HR professional with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. Christine is also a trained mediator, with additional experience in payroll and pensions.

We have a great deal of experience in handling such work with fairness and respect.

Cameron HR is happy to work on or off-site, typically combining visits to your workplace with online meetings and support as needed. Given most of our work can be conducted virtually, we can provide services across the UK (on-site visits available too) on an agreed fixed term/project basis or with an ongoing retainer agreement, depending on your needs.
