Cameron HR has twenty-five years of in-house HR experience in education (Further Education and the independent schools sector), design and manufacturing and charitable organisations. Consultancy experience has involved a wide range of sectors including housing associations, fashion, theatre, smaller retail businesses, employability and construction, international healthcare and much more. Christine O'Ready, the Director of Cameron HR Ltd, is a CIPD Chartered HR professional with a Masters degree in Human Resource Management and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology.  Christine is also a trained mediator, with additional experience in payroll and pensions.

As we continue to navigate this brave new world, we understand that the workforce and working life are changing shape.  There are many positive benefits to this shift.  However, we also appreciate there may be issues along the way and occasionally difficult decisions have to be made and implemented. We have a great deal of experience in handling such work with fairness and respect.

Cameron HR is happy to work on or off-site, typically combining visits to your workplace with online meetings and support as needed.  Given most of our work can be conducted virtually, we can provide services across the UK (on-site visits available too) on an agreed fixed term/project basis or with an ongoing retainer agreement, depending on your needs. We can also provide one-off advice, agreeing on terms and objectives before work begins.
